It is only 7 km away from Kazanlak, located along River Tazha. If you have already visited the tomb of Seuthes III, you know that Seuthpolois, the capital of his kingdom, lies at the bottom of the Koprinka Dam.
The area around the dam is really beautiful and perfect for walking. You can swim or sunbathe at some of its many armlets and bays. Here, you can try kayaking or practise other water sports or you can just relax with a fishing rod in some quiet place.
